機構ネットワークの作業により、「KEK VPN 認証システム」に一時的にアク
セスができなくなります。
【日 時】：2026年3月5日(木)12:10 - 12:30
【影 響】：上記の時間帯、「KEK VPN 認証システム」にアクセスができな
くなります。
これによりソフトウェアトークン及び乱数表どちらの方式でも
VPNの認証が
出来なくなります。
なお、接続済みのVPNセッションに影響はありません。

機構メールシステムのネットワーク保守作業に伴い、以下の時間帯、
機構メールシステムの各サービスが一時的に利用できなくなります。

【影 響】： 上記の時間帯は、次のサービスが一時的に使えなくなります。
・メール送受信
・Webメールシステム
・ユーザ情報ページ
【備 考】：上記の時間帯に外部から送られてくるメールは、数分から数十分
程度、遅れて配送されます。

電子メールシステム(PostKEK/MailKEK)更新についてのお知らせ
Replacement of the e-mail system

KEK Computing Research Center
中央計算機システムの更新に伴い、電子メールシステム(PostKEK/MailKEK)は
2024年8月3日(土)に更新されます。以下に更新スケジュールをお知らせします。
更新作業の際、メールシステムの全サービスを停止して実施しますので、更新
中はメールの送受信などの操作はできなくなります。
更新に関する 情報は逐次以下のURLに掲載しますので、随時ご参照願います。

【更新作業によるユーザへの影響】
2024年8月3日(土) 10:00 〜 18:00 メールシステムへの一切のアクセス不可
2024年8月3日(土) 10:00 〜 8月4日(日) 18:00 メーリングリスト(ML)システム
の停止
【利用環境】
ユーザ名、パスワード、メール受信サーバ名、SMTPサーバ名、ユーザ情報ペー
ジは現行システムの情報を引き継ぎますので、Webメールの環境を含め、ユーザ
側での設定変更の必要はありません。
既存のメーリングリストは、新システムに移行されますので、ユーザ側の作業
はありません。
【改善点】
- システム増強によるレスポンスの改善
【保存メールの移行について】
サーバに保存されているユーザのメールは、システム更新中にシステム側で移
行します。
ユーザによる移行作業の必要はありません。
【システム更新スケジュールの詳細】
◇ 8月3日(土) 10:00 システム更新開始
- 更新が完了するまでメールの送受信操作や Webメールの利用ができません。
- サーバに保存されているユーザのメールは、この間に新システムへ移行され
ます。
- 更新中に外部から送信されるメールは、新メールシステムのメールゲートウ
ェイ上に
保存されます。これらのメールは、サービス再開後にユーザに配送されます。
◇ 8月3日(土) 18:00 システム更新完了、新システム稼働
- 新システムへ切り替わり、メール送受信、Webメール、ユーザ情報ページの各
サービスが再開します。
◇ 8月4日(日) 18:00 メーリングリスト(ML)の運用開始
- メーリングリストのデータ移行が完了し次第、メーリングリストサービスが
再開します。

The KEK e-mail system (PostKEK/MailKEK) will be replaced by a new
system on August 3rd which will improve the e-mail service.
All services in the mail system will be shut down when replacing the
system, so you will not be able to send or receive mail during the
update.
Information about the new system and its installation schedule

* On August 3rd(Sat) at 10:00 JST, begin the process of updating e-
mail system.
* On the same day, at 18:00 JST, new mail system will start.
* On August 4th(Sun) at 18:00 JST, the mailing list service of the
new
system will start.
